Having seen the completed siding project that Yuk and team did for close neighbors and friends of ours, we had a preview of the type of quality we could expect of the work itself. However, what I was overly impressed with was the level of communication, transparency, attention to detail, and the honest opinions on all of the selections we made. From choosing the colors and trims in the initial meetings, all the way to the completion of the final punch list items, we have been so satisfied with how our siding project and side porch rehab have transformed the look of our home but also made it so much safer and durable. Everyone involved clearly cared about the quality of the work they did.When we decided that the framing work around our bay window didn’t look as good in reality as it did in the mock up drawings, Yuk came out to review and agreed that they could make it better and then did so with no additional charge.I wholeheartedly endorse Plum Pro and would absolutely use them again if given the opportunity.

We had a great experience with Plum Pro overall. Yuk was very professional and well-organized while working with us on a proposal and contract to fix our deck after it was severely damaged by a fallen tree. He set us up with an accelerated timeline to help us coordinate this project with some of our other repairs, and aside from some weather delays stuck to it pretty well overall. When the work was done, we did find some parts that needed additional work and repair (in some cases requiring multiple iterations), and I admit we were concerned because we we didn't feel the contract was particularly cheap. However, Yuk was very gracious through this and was willing to do whatever was necessary to ensure we're happy with the end result. A couple months later with summer in full swing, I can say we are already very happy with our newly repaired deck :)Although Yuk was generally a good communicator, my biggest complaint was, we weren't always well informed of the work schedule. I understand the schedule can be chaotic due to weather and the complications of having multiple projects going at once, but I would have liked more frequent updates to stay informed on when the crew is coming etc.

Yuk and the crew at Plum ProExteriors did an excellent job installing 7 Pella Architectural double-hung windows in my 1911 Dutch Colonial. Prior to providing a proposal, Yuk measured not once but twice to ensure the windows fit perfectly. Two of three windows were part of a bay window where the frames were no longer perfectly square. None the less, the crew got the windows to fit without issue. They finished with caulking any gaps inside and out for all the windows and finished the job in one day. The crew was clean and neat and even took away the old storm window frames. I already have received compliments on how well the windows look. Their price was fair and I would definitely hire Plum ProExteriors again. Thanks guys!
Plum Pro sided our entire home after we had lost a significant chunk of 30+ year old siding in a storm. Getting a quote; the process of selecting siding/gutters; and scheduling the work was very easy. Upon start they set up a text thread where we could easily communicate with the project manager and owner with any questions or concerns. Any time we used this text thread we received an almost immediate response. Despite some harsh winter weather the removal of old siding and install of new siding was timely and very professional. The Plum Pro team are experts at their craft. They pivoted quickly to any unforeseen issues with creativity and expertise. We couldn’t have been happier with the finished product.I am only giving 4 stars because the final steps of the project dragged on longer than necessary. Yard clean up, the repair of some items that accidentally broke during the work and subcontracted electrical work took weeks to complete after everything else had been finished. This added some unnecessary frustration.Overall very happy with the project and I would definitely recommend.

We had James Hardie siding installed in place of old 40 year old wood siding and new Andersen 200 series windows to replace our old original wood windows. Unexpectedly, our roof also started leaking right before the project started so we also replaced our roof with Yuk. Yuk walked us through the options and never pushed us towards one product or another. Instead he provided the pros and cons of each choice and helped us figure out what were the best choices for us. We also replaced our front door with a Jeld-wen/ Brosco fiberglass door. The house now looks amazing and it feels much more comfortable now in the winter. If I had to criticize one thing it would be that he doesn't have a great carpenter for interior finish work, but in fairness he did make me aware that this was not something his crew normally does. Love the end product and the neighbors do too!

Yuk is very professional and knowledgeable, absolutely meticulous about every aspect of the project, maintains transparency throughout the project, has excellent communication skills, very well organized with paperwork, respectful towards his clients thoughts. We hired his company to do a small yet very critical project for us. Front porch railing which is the main appearance of our house and he and his team are the best people we could have hired. His team was respectful to our property, maintained high standard of professionalism while working. Problem solving and sincerity towards their craftsmanship is all we can say for the two men who worked for our project.We will definitely be working with him in near future. It was a great experience working with Yuk updating the siding for our 1940’s built home. He went through all the options for materials and designs we could choose from and was not pushy at all about selling us on extras.
